Mr. Brown assumed the role of Vice President of Operations in June of 2020. Previously Mr. Brown served as Director of Manufacturing and Program Manager on the MasterCraft New Product Development team. Prior to joining MasterCraft, Mr. Brown held Management and Program Management positions in the Semi-Conductor manufacturing and Information Technology project management fields Mr. Brown is an eight-year veteran of the United States Army and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Maryland (UC). Mr. Brown has also completed graduate courses in LEAN Manufacturing and the Theory of Constraints.
