Mrs. Hampton has been Vice President of MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC since July 2017. From January 2011 to 2017, she served as Human Resources Manager with MasterCraft Boat Company, LLC. Prior to that, Mrs. Hampton was Human Resources Manager for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Mrs. Hampton graduated magna cum laude from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN with a B.S. Degree in Organizational Management and is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
