Mr. Nelson joined MasterCraft Boat Company in March 2024 as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Nelson is a proven executive with more than 30 years of operating and manufacturing experience and a track record of driving growth and value creation. Prior to joining MasterCraft, he served as Executive Vice President and President, Commercial Segment of Oshkosh Corporation, where he led the strategic transformation of the segment, achieving all-time highs in revenue, profitability, backlog, safety, and employee engagement. Mr. Nelson received his M.B.A. from Brigham Young University, and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
