Fred Brightbill has served as a member of MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. board of directors since 2009. On December 3rd, 2019, Mr. Brightbill was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brightbill previously served as President of the Aluminum Boat Group at Brunswick Corporation and in various leadership roles at Mercury Marine, including President of the Outboard Business Unit and Integrated Operations Division. Mr. Brightbill received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
